From initiation through to close, I manage the full project lifecycle with a hands-on, accountable approach. Whether you're setting up a new project or filling a capability gap, I bring the structure and experience to help complex projects across the line.
Schedule Management
I develop and maintain integrated schedules from WBS through to baseline, then track actuals, analyse variance and critical path movement, and turn that into reporting decision-makers can act on. Where a schedule already exists, I assess its integrity against industry benchmarks so you know whether it's a management tool or just a picture. Working across Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
Program Governance & Delivery Controls
I help establish and continuously improve governance frameworks and project controls that keep public sector delivery transparent, accountable, and on the right track; ensuring your project is being managed with the oversight expected in public sector environments.

Hi, I'm Ethan. I founded Acolyte Project Consulting on a simple belief: that Project Management is more than a long list of processes and milestones; It's about outcomes that help the communities you serve and delivering projects that move the needle for your organisation.
I am a project management professional with a record of delivering complex projects in defence and government environments. My background spans PwC's defence and government practice and the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance’s Commercial Division. These environments taught me to be rigorous, accountable and to focus on outcomes when everything else gets noisy.
I aim to bring that expertise directly to Commonwealth agencies and public sector projects across Australia, working across the full project lifecycle with experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments. Whether it's continuously improving governance frameworks, managing risk, or keeping delivery on track; I take ownership of the outcome, not just the process.
I'm a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and currently completing a Master of Project Management at Adelaide University (2027). I work across Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira and Confluence.
Acolyte holds Essential Eight Maturity Level 2 across all eight controls, and is a registered subcontractor in the Nova Systems network and a Defence Teaming Centre member.
